My goal is to get your computer back to you as soon as possible. Most computers will be returned the next day. Some special parts or stubborn viruses require more time.

My customers are welcome to call or text for additional help or guidance with an issue after the job is done. All work is guaranteed for two weeks, with the exception of virus\malware cases with signs of recurrent poor user judgment (porn, gambling, letting children download unsupervised).
